$5 million in funding through the Community Development Grants Programme has been delivered to Campbelltown Council for the redevelopment of Max Amber Sportsfield.
This is a great community facility, which is utilised by various clubs, including the Athelstone Football Club “Raggies”, Athelstone Cricket Club, Athelstone Soccer Club, Athelstone Tennis Club, and the Australian Retired Persons Association.
This is fantastic news for the local area and is another example of the Federal Government investing in the Sturt community.
