Black Spot Funding Delivered to Improve Safety at Glen Stuart Road/Norton Summit Road Intersection

Sturt residents will benefit from an important road safety upgrade with $45,000 delivered to improve safety at the Glen Stuart Road and Norton Summit Road intersection in Magill.

This project addresses the issue of vehicles failing to give way at the intersection, with delineation treatments being introduced to assist drivers in judging their speed, direction and position on the road.

The project will also introduce new kerb alignment, a concrete median dividing opposing lanes of traffic, and improved road signage.

I will continue to advocate for projects such as this to ensure Sturt residents can get home sooner and safer.
